Step Three: Permits, Inspections and Paperwork
This stage may be less exciting, but it’s one of the most important. After you review and sign the detailed contract and payment schedule, we take care of all required permits and inspections. Once everything is approved, demolition can begin. We prepare the work area by sealing it off, protecting floors and surfaces, and keeping the site clean and safe.
